Baked to a secret Yorkshire Recipe!
Our Flapjack baking started in Burnsall, where cold winters were slightly on the dull side. We eventually perfected our Yorkshire recipe (which is still a secret, & isn't written down anywhere!) and started to experiment with flavours!
Our Flapjack is now famous in the Yorkshire Dales & beyond. It is a nice find for cyclists, walkers....& even just for taking home to have with a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea.
We have been mentioned in the Yorkshire Post, the Dalesman & even on the cycle route 'The Way Of The Roses'.
Not content with a Plain Flapjack we decided to try our hand at something different, we have an average of 14 different flavours & seasonal flavours through the year!

Lemon Curd, Plain, Stem Ginger, Maple & Pecan, Belgian Chocolate, Fruit, Date & Walnut, Raspberry Crunch, Pistachio & Hazelnut, Cherry & Almond, Fruit & Nut Muesli, Honey, Raisin & Almond, Cherry Berry, Cranberry & Apple, Sultana & Apricot, Orange Marmalade and Cherry & Coconut.
All of our Flapjack is also available Wheat Free, it is best to call before hand to see which Wheat Free flavours are in stock
