30.11.10 - New bits & pieces!
We've had a busy few weeks getting prepared for Christmas & now dealing with the winter weather!
Our speciality breads are growing & we have a speciality of the day Monday - Saturday, so far the firm favourites are Wensleydale Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade & our Dark Rye.
We have also started to make handmade, homemade dog treats! Full of natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives! All the ingredients used in our doggy treats are supplied for human consumption (i might pass on the liver bark brownie though)!
Our courier will be bringing us lots of fresh Belgian Chocolates at the end of this week (granted the snowing stops) so we will have plenty of chocolate festive goodies in store ideal for Christmas stockings!
Hope to see you all soon!
09.12.10 - New Opening Hours
We've just been given the go ahead for Sunday trading! So we are now open Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm and 10:00am - 4:00pm on Sundays!
Also been doing some updates on the Website, hope you all like the new banner! There is also the Recipe Of The Month up for December now, we've gone with something festive so hope you all enjoy!
We still have some of the Christmas Chocolate Figures left, but this is the last of what we have...so once it's gone, it's gone forever!
Hope everyone got around ok in the snow! Now the weathers cleared pop in and say hello, we had a few quiet snow days in Yorkshire!
09.02.11 - A Tad Delayed, But Happy New Year!
After all the snow in December things got ever so slightly chaotic! We hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year!
We have a few new breads on the shelves including a Malted Brown, Sourdough and a delicious Rye bread!
We have also been sourcing some Gluten Free products which we will hopefully have on the shelves very shortly, these include Glebe Farm cake and bread mixes which are superb and so easy to do! We still have our Wheat Free flapjack (which quickly sells out), Farmhouse Biscuits which have a Gluten Free selection, and we are also working on a Gluten Free Brownie! (as all out wheat/gluten free items are made in a bakery handling wheat flour there may be traces of Gluten in the products however).
